Corporate Document Order Service Fee (Service Fees DO NOT include disbursements to state agencies). Pricing: $35.00 per State - minimum service fee for obtaining copies/ or good standing certificates (no tax) for one (1) entity. An additional $20.00 fee will be charged for each additional entity in the same state. An additional, $30.00 charge for a verbal good standing at the time of closing or tax.
